Not financial advice. Compounder is a research and education tool. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, nor investment, tax or legal advice. Valuation figures are estimates and may be wrong. Past results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; consider consulting a licensed professional.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern the relationship between the provider (identified in the Legal Notice) and the user of Compounder. Using the Service implies acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights; (b) attempt to access, disrupt or overload the systems; (c) scrape, copy or resell the content or data in bulk; (d) reverse engineer the software except where the law permits; or (e) use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

4. Nature of the service

Compounder organises market data and public company fundamentals, computes valuation and quality estimates using several methods, and produces AI-assisted analysis of key regulatory-filing sections. It may also let you manually record and calculate a private view of investments you choose. All of this is provided for informational, research and educational purposes only. The Service does not connect to a broker, execute orders or move real money.

5. Plans and payment

Joining the Pro waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a recurring payment. If paid subscriptions are introduced, applicable prices and renewal terms will be shown before checkout, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.

6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

There is currently no public paid subscription to cancel. If paid Pro subscriptions are introduced, the checkout terms will explain cancellation, renewal and any applicable consumer withdrawal rights before purchase. Joining or leaving the waitlist remains free and does not create a billing commitment.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design are owned by the provider or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All third-party trademarks and ticker symbols belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party data

Market prices and fundamentals come from third-party sources (including public SEC EDGAR filings and market-data feeds). We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and they may be delayed or contain errors. Valuation and quality models are our own estimates and carry known biases (such as survivorship bias).

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for investment or trading losses, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or from reliance on its information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumers' statutory rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version, with its date, will always be available here. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence; in other cases, the courts of the provider's registered domicile shall have jurisdiction. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
